My Bared Soul
My bared soul I offered you so freely
You didn’t understand it’s significance
You took it so casually like I was giving you my pen
One day you’d be warm and loving
The next day cold saying you loved another
Back and forth it went until my head spun like a top
My soul shattered and you kept the pieces
I guess you think you’ll need them later
And being empty now I guess that I will not
You didn’t understand it’s significance
You took it so casually like I was giving you my pen
One day you’d be warm and loving
The next day cold saying you loved another
Back and forth it went until my head spun like a top
My soul shattered and you kept the pieces
I guess you think you’ll need them later
And being empty now I guess that I will not
