IN ESSENCE INEVITABLE

The morning smiled joyfully
Raindrops silently sneaked in uninform
Indulging with gentleness
The feet of an abundant gorgeous

The leaves danced as the wind tickled
Priding tenderly in a cultural display
The sight of an uncommon beauty

Among the crown of odum trees
Sun rays played hide-and-seek
An installed romantic trick by nature
To take a selfie with thee

A satisfied African from the West
My Ghanaian, the pride of the Ashantis
Flawlessly fashioned with smiles unfading

This colourless diamond, beauty full
From thy vellus, sweet scented fragrance
And pleases with bliss unmeasurable

I plague thee not with Late Latin crypticus
For the longer this heart doth beat
My humble hands shall serve thee
Delicious passion recipes

From broad-chested cakes
To salivating lollipop
Until love's cuisine last breath

With thee I share the home of my heart
Under a bright cheerful lamp
In deep motionless night
Sealed with a blameless kiss
Unaccompanied
