To strive to be good; utilizing compassion, empathy and patience (not easy) as often as possible.... It's a struggle but probably the best one to have.

yes it is when you get mad or stressful it doesn't change anything it can't help nothing if you let it go that will do more good and taking

This speaks of mindfulness. Not everyone has this. Being mindful of the way you project onto others can really benefit relationships. People are emotionally driven and tend to act out on those immediate feelings, not always a good thing
