Okay… I’m not okay
My mind won’t stop racing
My heartbeat won’t slow down
My tears won’t stop pouring
I feel like I’m going to drown
There’s too much going on
Inside of me and in the world
With my voice shaking
I’m begging and pleading
Everything… Please…
Just slow the fuck down
Let me take a breath
I feel like shutting down
I can’t deal with all of this
Not on my own
It’s all too much for me
I’m not okay… Okay?
