flower
shall i just put you in a vase little flower?
let you stand up straight will do you good
let us admire you
your sparkle leaving no need for periwinkles
or ferns to buffer appreciation
let our eyes swell upon you
radiate your inner nature
feed us your pain and hidden joys
let us fondle your pointy breasts
as they just beg for notice
how they lap up eyes seeking them through
tight cotton sweaters
that gratefully hug that shape of you
for eyes to slide upon in broad daylight
why cant your ferocious lion
mime your way to my eyes
let me coddle you with my mind’s tongue
an afternoon mind delight
let me walk through your carnival
ride your mind till i find the source of your waves
so when you sleep
you feel words all up inside you
pulsating
till we put that lion to bed
let you stand up straight will do you good
let us admire you
your sparkle leaving no need for periwinkles
or ferns to buffer appreciation
let our eyes swell upon you
radiate your inner nature
feed us your pain and hidden joys
let us fondle your pointy breasts
as they just beg for notice
how they lap up eyes seeking them through
tight cotton sweaters
that gratefully hug that shape of you
for eyes to slide upon in broad daylight
why cant your ferocious lion
mime your way to my eyes
let me coddle you with my mind’s tongue
an afternoon mind delight
let me walk through your carnival
ride your mind till i find the source of your waves
so when you sleep
you feel words all up inside you
pulsating
till we put that lion to bed
