Black & Angry. Sue Me!
Where is all the hate bred from?
Really? Inquiring minds want to know,
Because it seems to me you are the ONLY ones...
Filled to the brim with it red hot hate,
And it’s bottomless
You all are Radical.
As if YOU were not cause of it all,
As if you don’t destroy all that you touch,
As if you don’t conquer, rape and pillage...
You behave as if the offender is Us!
One would think it should be us to be angry,
But it simply is not born and bred in us,
you see...
Even after everything,
After all the pain your kind continues to bring.
We just want to live equally,
I guess it’s too much to ask to live peacefully,
We don’t even mind “going back to our own country”
Speaking truthfully...
We are not equal,
We are above you...
We are of the Sun,
You are of the caves,
An abominable people!
In our blood lies the key,
And you are aware,
That is why you envy,
Why what FEEL to be your hate
I know to be really your FEAR...
All from a race that claims to be superior.
Never will you know what it’s like to be me.
To be so fucking angry,
Sick and tired of not being able to do anything.
Sick and tired of feeling lost because you erased our entire history.
Our entire identity!
Replacing it with what you want us to see.
Whatever you wanted us to believe,
All of your brainwashing,
Like that we were savages
In Africa and in need,
In need of some false God,
One that doesn’t even look like me!
How can one be woke and not be angry?
How can I not be angry,
When it’s three times as hard for me?
Why does my black skin makes me so “intimidating”?
Again, you’d think it was me,
The kind that wants to destroy and possess all that I see.
You’d think it us to fear,
As you lock your doors
And see a Black man &
then cross the street,
You’d think WE strung you all up,
Strange fruit, hanging from the trees.
“Negroes,
Sweet and docile,
Meek, humble and kind:
Beware the day
They change their mind!”
