Fallen dreams lay
shattered
across the floor
Remnants of
angels gaze down
from Heaven’s door
A glass prism
which once served to
encapsulate
Forever shattered
now free to
emancipate
Freedom and security
a dichotomy
as once before
For their coexistence
and harmony
together nevermore
