Pearls Of A Winter’s Day
Pearls of a winter’s day plash gently on open hands,
Each snowflake a gem of melting opulence,
Garnishing season’s moods with opalescent sheets.
Purity celebrated in perpetual variety,
With polished faces of ivory radiance;
Their tender and alluring eyes abounding everywhere.
Shades of winter relax not in the hue of hope;
Where love is blue sadness seeks sympathy,
But blue is livid in my fleeting fantasies
Where no warmth is found,
Hardened like the bleeding cold,
Emptying its misery into my loneliness.
Behind your breasts petite hollows thaw me;
Below, I descend to savor the jewel of your beginning;
Joie de vivre – no beginning or ending,
For worship is indiscreet as I surrender at your feet;
My thoughts so entranced in awe,
Cologned by the openness of your embraces.
Eros is infinite when I behold your womanhood,
Where beauty knows no destiny.
Furry raiment protects you from mean blusters,
Though genuine warmth is the fur cloaking your intimacy.
But the ultrafeminine is ultramarine
Absorbed by the frost of an indifferent look.
The torch of defeat burns too soon,
Snowflakes, a passing gloss of the season,
Evaporated in the olive of spring.
Your sensuousness forever moist in my memory –
In every twinkling I reminisce, I taste you.
Pearl of a winter’s day, my fingertips reach for your softness.
Each snowflake a gem of melting opulence,
Garnishing season’s moods with opalescent sheets.
