How do i show you love that you gave
This must be a dream
I can Barely breathe
when you’re eyes on me
In Nightmares Day dreams and make believe
last night remember me?
How do I show the love you gave
door swung right open
thought I’d know what to say
it didn’t work out that way
like in my day dreams
Maybe you can stay
Fix what’s halfway broken
While time feels so frozen
It’s only halfway broken
So Quick to replace
Forget a new face
Look Tired feeling recent past
Gave months to guys
you know wouldn’t last
So just meet me halfway
The middle make amends
Know love comes to ends
Forgive and bring you home
So me meet halfway

It speaks of love, loss, surety and uncertainty in a paradoxical manner that demands clarity to enable both parties to move forward, whichever way it’s meant to be.
That Q... “how do I show you the love you gave”would best be asked in person to enable the other party to respond accordingly to you, and reset the bond, or sever it, whichever way you want it to flow.
Hopefully, you find the courage to assert yourself and reveal your true self to your muse as nothing can flourish when both parties remain reserved and withhold themselves, potentially out of fear for being rejected.
Sometimes, we think we have all the time in the world to ponder and overthink; however, that just adds an additional burden to a simplistic matter that could be resolved in person.
