Note to self (9)

Friendships are nice
And can last a lifetime
They can as long as the people
Involved share similar tastes
And activities
It works when friends are
On somewhat same  social levels
For the Prince and the Pauper stuff
Occurs in fiction alone..
Never heard of a rich trading
Place with a poor for even a day or two
The rich feel they know about being poor
By the images  they see on tv
Or stuff they read about
Then they shed a tear, maybe write a check
And quickly change the channel
And forget
But they have no understanding
Not by a long shot.
