that’s short and to the point of an issue we tend to romanticise and dance around. i likes the accented speech it made it feel even more immediate.

I just started to writ from the suggestion of an old acquaintance. My 9th and 11th grade teacher. Reacquainted 28 years later. A true strength behind my leaving an very toxic and, abusive 11 years relationship.
....and, back to my hometown for the first time in 20 years.
....Right when Covid hit our Nation's people.
It's been a very rough year. So when one day I found myself leaning back into a destructive pattern,
(One of self medicating on street drugs,....)
I caught my snap and reached out for professional help.
Only they're all offering the same. Drugs and more drugs. At least I know what to expect from the one I chose. Their's could help but their's have so many unwanted side effects. Ones that cause more self pity and/ or problems to my life. So it's a choice with problems attached to both. I'm leaning towards studying the healing process through meditation.
