Why do I lie?
Even my smile is a lie?
My relationship is real but my love is a lie.
Happiness don't exist so my joy is a lie.
This is not by choice
This is against my will
My happiness is a lie, do I swallow this pill?
I try and I try and I lie and I lie
They think Im ok but my true emotion is a lie.
What should I do?
Continue to love this lie?

It's very difficult to capture the essence of one-word refrain in end-of-line rhyme.
