Land of drought, and infertility
We stand, in the Turkish
highlands, we kneel,
at Hagia Sophia with our
sacrifice.
Receive, these 7000 magic
stones washed in the river
Presented, with a greatful heart
We trust, in Allah,
for our provision

It's a yearly ritual in Turkey
Quite beautiful in their dedication

Thank you
The story is amazing in that the men of the villages and older boys travel on foot with their provisions for several days which includes an animal sacrafice a goat or calf
Along with the steel cooking pot and wood
Along the way they gather 7000 stones as an offering that they wash in the river
Once they reach the highest point they pray for rain eat and pray again
Then they run home as fast as they can before it rains
I love that part of the story
