      sycophants.

           it could be appropriate to describe him as  
 The Perfect Ugly American (Asshole)..  
 
How else  
               could we describe this patriot billionaire who spends more on his cue-ball cover'up per year (of tax payer money), than most American households have to feed, shelter, and provide heathcare for their families in any given year.  
 
And don'worry'bout that mean ol'pandemic, kids. It'll will "just Go Away" soon.
....in spite of the fact of over 210,000 (with numbers mounting everyday), fellow citizens who've died & the uncountable who grieve the loss of these folks.  
               The disrespect he shows toward the victims & their families, is even worse that his neglect in handling this scourge.  
 
   I bet most other world leaders consider him a hands-down clown, if
     not a full-fledged, first class idiot.
 
      Leave us not forget the compulsive liar he has been,  
            giving his fan-base tacit "permission" to act out in accordance with
     him.
