"Sorry, no alcohol at all since last Sept 15, 2019.
And then, there's The Sobriety Marathon, 1987-2015.
In 2015 I decided to "treat myself" to trying all them craft  beers that were not in existence when started 28 year sobriety "binge".
I was in another near year of sobriety when Leah died. I maintained sobriety for a month or two afterward, but then went back on my world beer tour.
        Sept 15 was the stupidest day of my so-called Life. And it was triggered by an EXPLOSION of grief in the parking lot of the neighborhood grocery. I had picked up the mail before hittin'the store. Before going into said store,
I opened a pkg from Aha,  & then was the EXPLOSION after opening  'my book' of poems writ in the year after Leah died, randomly reading 2-3 lines.Then the dam broke & Hiroshima&Nagasaki ate my soul. Took  me 1/2 hr. to "get myself together" enough to rush a truncated shopping session, but impulsively purchased something that would prove to  be the start of my most stupidest day ever."
