My Love
There's a taste of fantasy
on your lips
and sights of legends
in your eyes.
You're a lover's myth,
the dream of lover's passed.
And your voice
reveals an undreamed depth,
kisses
like fairytales.
There are memories I have
of the world
you make into so much more
without making yourself less.
I do not exist without you.
If you cease and I continue
my pen will cease.
Leaving only a shadow
on an empty always page.
I cannot pen life
without you.
You're paradise.
My oasis, salvation.
I find peace with you,
within you.
The pieces line up
like reassembled glass shards.
A moment without you,
a paradise lost,
the tragic story.
Lust and loss.
Would you know
I loved you,
of my love for you,
if tomorrow ended
sooner for me?
I think of you,
your infathomable beauty,
always,
never not.
You're a siren and I'm lost at sea.
Sing me to my damnation
so I can drown with you.
We dance with our destiny
sing our fate
spinning forward and never
looking back,
our wings block the view.
We are too happy, too fast
for our shadows to catch us.
Every desperate kiss
merging souls one entity.
We make the other angels envy us.
We have more than a God's love.
We have this.
My fantasy-lipped maiden
of undreamable depth
will you take my hand
become one with me,
heart, soul, body to share?
My sea-faring siren
with your beautiful song
will you kiss me
while the whole world watches?
My angel will you fly with me?
My love, will you
marry me?
on your lips
and sights of legends
in your eyes.
You're a lover's myth,
the dream of lover's passed.
