Sometimes I will just walk into a church these things are pretty much empty these days, sit there, ruminate and maybe speak my mind to that big guy up there. Or just sort of sit there quietly. That is my form of meditation. I am also suicidal, but less and less so as age gets to me. Suicide runs in my family. A cousin here or there.. These chats are much appreciated. Regards, Robert.
