Faced with fears

Mustn't cease from
 finding some balance and self control
as excessive emotions take hold
they can leave you feeling cold
and catatonic bringing forth
chronic confusion and self deceptive
illusions driving you to declare
"nothing's fair" or that "nothing matters"
as that mental chatter creates chaos
changing your view for the worst,
making you believe you were born
with a curse where everything steadily
gets worse and loses its worth..

It's paramount that you persevere
as your faced with fears
yet to be cleared..
