Love A Path Worth Pursuing in Life

Love is a light in my life
A path I will always choose to follow Everywhere I go
Wherever life leads me
Love will guide my way
I am not afraid of getting hurt
Despite its thorny path
The joy of loving i feel in my heart
Is worth the few bruises and tears
I get from trailing her light

I have love countless times
Allowing other people to touch my heart
As I touch theirs with kindness and understanding
Love has always been the foundation
In my connections with few people whose path I crossed

There is no shame in loving
When it is genuinely felt from your heart springs
Love is not a shallow reef that you can wade in and get out anytime without realizing its value
It is a deep unfathomable ocean
That leaves you grasping for its essence
When it is lost

I do not limit my capacity to love
For love has many faces and can take many forms
My heart is a spring where love keeps flowing and expanding
As long as I do not cut the source and my connection with humanity
Love will always flow abundantly in my being

I am love and light and hate has no place in my life
I maybe moved to anger but I will not allow it to dim my light and my power to love
