I Know My True Worth
I too am a villain
I know what I have inflicted
Usually out of fear
I can hear the echoes
Of a few dead men
Haunting the silence
Wanting some redemption
I know now my value was monetary
Your love was conditional
Perhaps you didn't even want that to be true
I suppose I broke the terms of service agreement
I have no clever rhyme to say to you goodbye
Just a weightless anguish
Thanks for the memories, I suppose.
