the sacredness of tears
our creator suffers inside my skin
each pain and indignity felt like their own
I turn and look into the eyes of eternity
and see my face reflected back at me
I cry and the skies open
each tear counted and kept
we never weep alone
black is the night inside my soul
keeper of visions show me the way
light the path don't let me stumble
in my silent times, I keep record
pressed in my diary of secrets
my past regrets
don't let me die inside my sin
I hurt your heart with my waywardness
you feel each cut of my wickedness
forgive me my lord and sacredness
in my heart I'm beautiful
my soul remains innocent
inside your solemn halls

The desire for perfection and the recognition of desires that conflict with that is the great dilemma! What should be and what is will always conflict. As the Kabbalah says, desire is the great curse of men. Wonderful write C.

A penitent piece. I am taken in by the contrition and wish to be forgiven. I totally get this need especially after hanging up with any service representative from any large corporation. I’m usually so bandied about my blood is boiling by the end and my tone and ‘tude are completely snarky.

thank you beautiful Honoria I guess this is coming from the change that is taking place in me I have been a very dark person for a long time I'm still dark but now my conscious is thinking of how it affects others idk and my own light I guess... I deeply appreciate you sharing your own struggles and thoughts 💕

As we grow older the tears we cry seem to weigh more, the years tend to carry more memories. It's only up to us and only us to feel beautiful and loved. This one spoke to me in many ways.
