Shield and Guard

anything is everything    
so nothing sacred seems true    
but let them be for awhile    
       because    
silence is slow torture    
.......and...so............    
if technique is your own    
       maybe    
everyone's the same and    
fascination is merely the    
figment of envy we    
create within ourselves    
       out of    
shamefulness and hatred    
directed without aim at    
easy targets and the foolish    
so ever present in our lives    
.......however..............    
I must stop now    
and wait for the angel    
image (held so dear to Mother)    
to lift me from this haze and funk    
       and guide    
me back in from the field for    
digging deep is what's to break    
us of the slow constructed shield    
we build gently with violence and iron clad
