is a blessing like honey
eaten for the first time

To hear your sweet laugh
is like a serenade of a nightingale
echoing in the midst of barreness

To feel the sincerity shown
through warmth of a hug
is embrace filling my heart

To know that you doing well
makes me feel at ease
calming the storms within

Just to be with you was heaven to me

I spent so much time pouring
out the naked pieces of myself
hidden from everyone but you

The exception I made after promising
