Dear Sleep Paralysis
Take me into the darkest places of my mind
Allow me to roam freely
A glimpse of my reality
And what will become of me
Submerge me into my deepest fear
Until everything is overbearing
Peel, rip, crush, tear
The smile that lit my cheek
Until I'm left with blank expressions
And emotions are no more
Drag me through my utmost desires
And burn the hope that hangs so thin
Then bury me into the pit of nothingness and
Leave me there to dream

I think that hopelessness is so powerful at times, it leads one to believe that noting will ever change. your despair is justified in believing that peaceful sleep in agonizing death is better than current circumstances. But it will change. . .it is changing.

Oh, wow, It's cool to see someone write about this subject... Something which I have experienced for many years, unfortunately. I've gotten used to it at this point. Luckily, my sleep paralysis was never accompanied by hallucinations... But inevitably I still fight to escape it every time it happens!

I’ve been strangled at night, felt like vice like hands on my throat and a blurred dark figure on top of my chest. And my eyelids were a struggle to open.
Sleep Paralysis is what they call it? More like a dark entity gaining momentum from fear.
