REIGNITE

An unknown known,
a flickering light,
caught at the edge
of peripheral sight.
Crossing the path of
a wandering Bard,
she couldn't easily
discard a connection
to the ancient land,
with verse's easy to
understand, a fellow
traveller trying to
reignite what our
ancestors practised,
ones who write
rhyming lines
about important things,
so all can gain from the
knowledge one brings.
