I can't but love you
with my gathered
leftovers and see you
thru the rain
crushing the rising pain
after all I never existed
and would not ever
the very nature and demand
of my role
I will follow as you lead me to
the magnetic black hole
the slippery cliffs
the howling wind
with the impregnated darkness
won't diffuse my primordial essence
of everreal love
as it is the mere repetition
of an ancient promise
so just walk faster
open the gates
don’t look back
or contemplate
a farewell
keep it steady-simple-sane
follow it with the long stroll
taking one step at a time
towards the door
once inside
let your fingers
find the door and just lean
for a while
and as the creak ends
in a t h u d
I would smile
separated by a wooden door
and a world of a gulf
the smile might linger
when I would disappear
in the half light.
