I didn't cry, but one book which made me profoundly sad was Edith's Diary by Patricia Highsmith.

The Pink Swastika: Homosexuality in the Nazi Party by Scott Lively and Kevin Abrams.

Beloved by Toni Morrison.

Ariel by Sylvia Plath.

Daniel Clowes, Patricia Highsmith, Graham Greene.

No particular book springs to mind. I want to read everything but never get round to it.

Word processor mostly, though I like writing longhand in cafes and libraries.

I don't like his writing style, but also I find the violence against women in his Alex Cross stories despicable. Still, each to their own. I don't have anything against his fans.

Haha, I had no idea. We are all entitled to our opinions so it's all good.
Perhaps Jack is jealous of Patterson's wonderful writing style ;)

I believe most of James stories come
From other people helping him. But hey he is
The worlds best selling author.I can't write 71 sentences
Much less 71 novels. I did like Kiss the girls though
