To Know Love Instead
Accepting oneself
as outcast
seems counterfeit
When infant and
animal alike
survive on
the opposite
Death appears
to nurture
a future for them
in deep topsoil
Yet the counterfeit
is like cool tiles
to burn scars
Death contains
a quiet
lack of criticism
It is the outside
of the pack
Yet is this where
we should seek
voiding of pain?
Perhaps we should
know love instead
as outcast

I can related because I feel like the outcast or odd man out with my two older brothers . I accepted this fact so I just life one day at a time. Keep on writing.
