The Power Within
The mind speaks; the heart heals and the body reveals. The soul is of the colour blue, like the ocean, it gives hope to life and rewrites the chapter of days untold. No one knew the power that was lost behind the lungs. Inhale the breath of life and exhale the toxic gas of sorrow and pain. Put on your sunglasses and smile, for there is a purpose deep within those beautiful eyes.

Put on your sunglasses, MASK & smile, don't you mean? No one will see your smile but hey ho.
I like the lines I am reading, particularly the ones that reach out, offering promise, like:
