I'm liking the amazing race for the amazing grace. Benigna's chagrin is also a hidden little piece of poetry on its own when is read out-loud. The aside sentence about fucking fate seems too much aside. Then it gets two exploding words that stop us dead before you start up again. Not that I have any objection to the fuck in the sentence, it just seems too long a wander off yr point, and although yr going there, yr also going somewhere else more important. In all... brave, exploratory... in more ways than one... Good stuff.
