lost and desperate
trying to get out... but you
can't escape yourself
trapped inside a maze
but the maze is your mind... you
can't escape your brain
running from demons
and the demons are your thoughts...
nowhere left to run...
i guess there really is no escape....

There is no escape. You have to deal with it by yourself a whole lot. PS: of course if the problem gets to be huge, then get thee to a doctor.
