I've traveled many miles child
and still have far to go
I've stumbled on through desert heat
and blizzards white with snow

Dear R,
Stunning piece. Made me think of a gentle voice encouraging the reader to accept ones folly and learn from it but not to dwell and push onward. A wonderful work of imagery as well, “I've stumbled on through desert heat
and blizzards white with snow” very stark in contrast. Excellent write.
