Image for the poem Do we deserve to die?

Do we deserve to die?

Are we really a specie that deserves to die?
Haven't we done enough to save mankind?

Yes there's error in our ways.
Perfection eludes us.
Yet we made the best with our flaws.
There's beauty when we come together.

In times of need we are one.
We are nations, we're clans.
In times of need black and white is tossed aside.

There's error in our ways.
Yet we evolve,
We fight against the norms of society.
We fight against femicide and gender based violence.

We are trying to save the earth, trying to save ourselves.

Isn't it not enough?
Are we a specie that really deserves to die?
