She is Love
Within skin
The sleepless night
Of my longing
The electrical surge
That sparks this desire
She is flame
The root of my craving
Taking my light
Carrying me sweetly
Into her darkness
Fervently burning
She is a wild rose
That has pricked
My heart with her thorns
Her petals
The scent of sin
Gathering me in

This spill reminds me of a time in South Scottsdale, Arizona
where i had to sleep on the couch during the hot hot summer nights
because my body core temperature runs much higher than most
and my love (ex) couldn't take it.
On a plus side, we shared some great times during the Frigid Desert nights.
