where ocean sings at night
and firmament flaunts fearless hope
we're loved just as we are
with starlight in our tears

That makes complete sense to me. Sometimes I will sit down to write and the flow to my fingers will be almost other-worldly. I will think, I had nothing to do with the that composition. It's kinda like the Socratic teaching method where, in our case, the poem already exists in our minds and it just needs to be drawn out. It's all you dear. I like the idea that you can appreciate and ponder your words as if reading them for the first time. Keep I n being that conduit from whence inspiration, beauty, and wisdom flows.
