sensuality in rhymes

every evening or end of day
laptops, pillows are the way
thoughts and feelings coalesce
exposing more, revealing less -

I am glad you know my name
I feel you feel much the same
dreams we've dreamt and realized
words are how we've synchronized

possibilities unsought
interactions we have brought
conjuring realities
I love the way that you can tease

with unsaid thoughts between the lines
with feelings seeping through the rhymes
sensuality in verse
sometimes florid, sometimes terse -

I am glad I know your name
we're alike, we're just the same
dreams we dream we realize
unexpectedly surprised
