How Our CIA Has Fallen Down On The Job

It has taken Russian ABM test results at face value.
In the 1980s when Russia was testing its ABMs, our spy satellites were overhead, monitoring those tests.
The ABMs failed every single time to shoot down the dummy warhead.
So our CIA has FOOLISHLY concluded that Russia's ABM system is nothing to worry about.
As a result the CIA has long IGNORED that Russia has built a NATIONWIDE system of ABMs designed to shoot down our missile warheads as they enter Russian airspace.
(Our missiles would be fired in retaliation only after Russian surprise attack upon the USA.)

Actually there's a second reason why the CIA and our gov't as a whole has ignored Russia's ABMs.
 They only built enuff of them to shoot down just 1,300 incoming warheads.

 That's just a small fraction of the warheads we used to have.
 In short, Russia's ABM system was woefully inadequate for handling the more than 5,000 warheads that our 39 boomer subs represented.
Why didn't Russia just build enuff ABMs to shoot down all 5,000 of our submarine-launched missile warheads??!!
Too technologically taxing.
ABMs need huge "battle-management radar stations" plus local radars to guide the ABMs to their targets.
So Russia topped out at a interception capability of just 1,300 U.S. incoming warheads.
As long as we kept a retaliatory arsenal of many more than 1,300 warheads, we were safe.
But now we have fallen BELOW 1,300 warheads for the first time in 50 years !!
President Obama signed the "New START Treaty" in April 2010.
This brought us down to just 1,120 warheads !!
This means Russia can shoot down ALL of our retaliatory arsenal.
(Subtract 1,300 from 1,120 and you get zero !!)
Which means the Kremlin has no fear of our threat to retaliate.
So we are in more danger of Russian Attack than ever before !!
 How long can the Kremlin resist the temptation to conquer the world by knocking off the only other superpower rival, America ??!!
Not indefinitely. The incentives are just too overwhelming !!
So we must expect Russian Attack in the immediate future !!
PS: the Book of Revelation predicts that "the Beast will make war against the Christian nations and overcome them, gaining power over the whole world"(Rev.13.7).
But don't worry: Christ will reverse Russia's victory.
It will be a bit like President Bush chasing Saddam Husein out of Kuwait in 1990-1991.
The TRIBULATION Period (time of Russian rule over the world) will be only "5 months"(Rev.9.5,10).
Much shorter than the "7 years" that preachers ("blind guides") claim.
For Christ promised that once the TRIB starts, "I will come quickly" (Rev.3.11; 22.7,12, 20).
Coming just 5 months after Russian Attack(=the Rapture) really WOULD be "coming quickly" !!
"Come Lord Jesus"(Rev.22.20; 1st Corinthians 16.22) !!!
