Thank you for reading and commenting. It feels weird to talk about a man's sperm.
It dawns on me you were describing sperm, I had thought it was a hymn to sexually active men.
I picked up the expression from an article about aphrodisiacs in history: a 1500s writer wrote, 'If a Man would be a Soldier in the camp of Venus, let him arm himself with [examples of helpful food given]..and if he wish to provoke a Woman let him prinkle his Glans with nutmeg, cinnamon etc'
