Me, Myself n I
I do not have a personality disorder,
I have an order of personalities.
When you see me,
It’s not me you see but the part of me that wants to be seen.
When I say, "Just let me be"
It’s not me who wants you gone
But the other me.
The one that takes control of me
And want to be the most of me.
When I said, "I want you"
That was me,
The real me,
The me that's too afraid to look you in the eyes,
The me that keeps my head down just cause I'm shy,
It’s the me that has so much to say to you but says so little when you are around.
So you see,
It’s not a personality disorder,
There is an order to me.
I have an order of personalities.
When you see me,
It’s not me you see but the part of me that wants to be seen.
When I say, "Just let me be"
It’s not me who wants you gone
But the other me.
The one that takes control of me
And want to be the most of me.
When I said, "I want you"
That was me,
The real me,
The me that's too afraid to look you in the eyes,
The me that keeps my head down just cause I'm shy,
It’s the me that has so much to say to you but says so little when you are around.
So you see,
It’s not a personality disorder,
There is an order to me.
