Awwwww 😕 The cat lover in me found this to be sad.

When I saw the documentary the music made me a little teary eyed.

I enjoyed the double-entendre of "without his pride"—very clever, Wally.  Animals know when it's time to lay it all down gracefully, and go home.  

I had been dwelling on this piece and picture for a while until the "pride" comp came to my attention a few days ago. I figured, why not.

This is really poignant, I'd love to watch the documentary..

It was National Geographic. I've been watching many of them the last year or so. The one that got me was the Falling Walruses which I ended up writing about as well.
