Perfect
Small and fragile, Ms. Petite,
Carmel colored skin glistening in the sun,
Bright beautiful smiles, joy and happiness in those big brown eyes,
Curvy from top to bottom,
A little extra here and a little extra there
Ahhh, the PERFECTION!
Short dark hair, fuzzy and fluffed out,
All dressed in my shirt and shorts angrily coming at me,
Feisty little lady- sooo adorable when she pouts,
Always overthinking, throwing random temper tantrums,
Some might say its annoying-but I understand and reassure her anyway,
Even if its everyday she'll know she's mine and I'm here to stay.
Sideway smiles whenever she blushes,
So cute when she twitches-thats how I know she's nervous,
All she calls Imperfect is perfectly fine to me,
But one day she'll see what I see❤

At first we thought that was a person maybe you describing self and your reasons for loving self, but then it seemed to turn into someone bragging of a love for a daughter. Either way a beautiful piece, tight

This has the sweet, earthy candor of Maya Angelou to me, the deep sense of spirit, moving in the substrata. Love the slow, gentle and genial pace of it's detail and meter. You paint us this mellifluous self portrait. Beautiful work.
