Yin and yang

The stars are little pinpoints
Who map earth calendrically.
Mighty fires burning bright
Giving substance to spacetime.
I burn like so many stars
I burn against the darkness.
I am not alone in this,
No one will let their light die.
We are the stars we are light
We all support each other.
Like how the darkness shapes light.
The light and dark, day and night.
I am chained by stars who shine.
Light in eternal darkness
