Should I conceal
and do I want to?
We're in that early stage
and to rush any of it
would be unfortunate
if we can reign this in
and drag it out for hours
I want to linger in the state
of your absolute fascination
and eradicate any notion
that a future even exists
I've never cared
for the intrusion of time
for it has rarely
worked in my favour.

As us being human, would you rather be immortal and live as long as time but also live through and watch your loved ones suffer their fates at times discretion, or would you rather just stay a human and get lost in times never ending web of life and death....

I think I prefer a finite existence. There is too much tragedy to endure that I think one could only handle so much.
