COMPREHENDING YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL

When will we learn that it is not a healthy life if one continues to live within the past a lesson I had to learn first hand, for what has happen has happen and it wont change a thing to dwell upon on something that cant be changed for the past is the past, as it comes with an awakening of the mind heart and soul followed by lessons that we should learn and not ever repeat again.                                                                                                               When will we learn that everything we will encounter is merely a stepping stone to the next level of were we, should be heading upon ones journey and travel and walk through lifes many twistes turns and curves, for with every road block and every down hill spill is nothing more than an exercise.                                  For your mind to think as it sends you subliminal messages so that you can see clarly what is your choice of actions, for we will either stand still with no motion nor train of thought or we can decide to go through it around it or under it, but never stop doulting thyself that there is no way out of it.        
For when we will learn just because someone told us that we will only be just what we appear to be, stop us from achieving our dreams for after all do they see your strenght or your courage do they see the adversities that we had to overcome through the many storms, that over time has made us stronger than we've ever been so dont let knowone change your mind and dont conceal that your evolving as your light shine for you got this even through the struggles of life.
