Her creamy white stilettos melt into the pavement
Hair like California wildfires
Burning across milky shoulders
I am a whisper to the deaf
A love letter never sent
She hovers over me in a bathroom stall
Sipping nectar from dissected flowers
As empty as a Xanax blackout

Yes ,I wrote this in 2014 after a parole violation ... incarcerated in county jail waiting to be sent back to state prison..it's an incident that happened the day I was picked up. Written before the kicking commenced.Stilettos sounded better then high heels although I couldn't tell you the difference,but i wanna say it was once explained to me by an ex stripper ex girlfriend.
