A rhetorical question

Clever little spill, prometheus. Nice brevity :)

I do cling to this belief ... wanting to believe that there is a grand design ... even if I can't grasp it ...

I use it to turn poison into panacea= even if the experience feels negative, it is teaching me something.  I also use this as a trick to try to get students to work harder= if they believe everything happens for a reason, then being my student is happening for a reason, which is to learn something helpful through effort.

I believe so , ESP in our purposeful existence. Kudos for a great poem in brevity.
