This poem is called Depression

My depression is like a metal chain that's wrapped around my ankles that has been attached to a huge concrete boulder, and someone threw me into the deepest part of the ocean, I am slowly sinking but not going anywhere. I'm just trapped trying to swim up to get a breath of air but I just can't pull the boulder with me. I can't breathe and my lungs burn and the weight of the water crushing my chest, it's unbearable and all I want is for it to end.
