Was sent a dream
A beautiful image of you
Looked like an angel
Bright white wings embracing me
The consistency of heaven
Through a smile
The waking hour maybe near
But I fight for this dream to stay
The reality is more despairing
Just kiss me
Touch me
Like I was a lover in your dreams
This feeling
Is what I need to survive
Even if it’s just an illusion
You are in my veins
