Divinity Given Me

She sits cross legged upon a cloud
so delicate, so light
breeze to push her to my sight
directly above

She comes to rest upon the top branches
tree that smiles and sways with delight
that i may even feel her presense,
and worship

soaking her energy in
like photosynthesis on my skin
as if the Earth has granted me my first breath

her sunlight in my eyes
i can't help but stare
i want everything she is seered on my mind

her sunlight in my soul
and i can't help but share
that she sit divinity,
and she is mine

encased in fire
pure as water
she lifts me up
grounds my spirit
charges my storm

i have no smile without her blessings
i have no blessings without her smile

simply bestow
simply just shine
simply let me bask in your light
and when there's shadow
know my realm
for i'll be there
to wrap you blanketed and safe

just glide your hand, over mine
a gift, enough

intertwine like the knots of our fingers
