Perhaps I’m being philosophical Dr X, but isn’t love superior to hate? Vitae - some might say.

Velvet.. interesting take.. I think love is superior to hate.. but I often think my personal demons evoke themselves in my poems.. and those are things that scare my core.. much respect..

Love and hate - two powerful forces that drive our lives (along with fear, guilt, shame, etc, etc). In a highly manipulated and dysfunctional world, my take on hate is to articulate it without hurting anyone - better out than festering within - which I guess is what you're doing in this poem. DUP is a good place for this; it's part of what attracted me to it originally. Josh.
